1. Tell me about AmBank-SmartLink2u Prepaid MasterCard
The AmBank-SmartLink2u Card gives you the recognition of a regular MasterCard, however your spending power is limited to the amount of funds you choose to pre pay into your account. It works in the same way as a prepaid phone card.


2. How do I use my card?
Your card can be used just like a regular credit card in any of the MasterCard accepted outlets. It will be inserted into the credit card terminal for approval, then your transaction will be processed. Click here for the AmBank terms and conditions.


3. Where can I use it?
You can use it anywhere in the world wherever you see the MasterCard sign, and of course it is accepted by our own Smart Merchants.


4. How do I sign up as a Smart Member?

12. What happens if I loose my card or if I have any enquiry?
If you loose your card you should report it immediately to AmBank Contact Centre at 03-2178 8888. This centre is also set up to handle enquiries and answer any questions you may have.

13. Fees and charges
• Account maintenance fee – RM 3 per month – deducted automatically from top-up value
• Cash withdrawal – zero fee through AmBank ATMs. RM 10 or 2% whichever is higher through the CIRRUS/PLUS network worldwide will be charged per withdrawal.

Bagaimana saya boleh buat duit?
Anda hanya perlu tukar cara perbelanjaan harian anda menggunakan debit kad sahaja.di mana sahaja ada logo Mastercard,anda boleh swept dan dapatkan point(kena masukkan duit dulu,mcm prepaid kad).point tersebut anda boleh tukar kepada cash tunai.Sekiranya tempat yang anda pergi tersebut mempunyai logo smartlink,maka anda akan mendapat double point,satu untuk Ambank point dan satu lagi smartlink point.dua-dua point ini boleh combine dan boleh redeem duit.


Terms And Conditions

Terms & Conditions
SmartLink Card is an S-POINTS COLLECTION CARD.
LCA Members must register the SmartLink Card within 14 days from date of purchase or receipt. Points collected prior to member registration shall be deemed invalid.

LCA Members can have multiple SmartLink Card:
- Generic, Co-Brand or Ambank
-SmartLink PrePaid MasterCard.

The SmartLink Card is not transferable and LCA Member agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions set by the Company herein contained and all future amendments. In the event of dispute, the company shall refer to the version of membership Terms & Conditions stated at website: http://www.smartlink2u.com/.


Inactive SmartLink Card of which no points are collected within a period of 6 consecutive months shall be deemed terminated.
An administrative fee of RM10.00 is chargeable for termination and is deducted from the S-Wallet Account. Any outstanding balance amount thereafter in the S-Wallet Account shall be reimbursed to the LCA member via inter-bank transfer and the Account is then deemed closed.


All SmartLink Cards are renewable yearly at an annual membership fee of RM12.00 each. SmartLink International Sdn.Bhd. reserves the right to deduct the annual membership fee from LCA member’s S-Wallet Account, Membership will be terminated if not renewed.

Members are responsible for the membership renewal at any nearest SmartLink Customer Service Centre.
A fee of RM5.00 is chargeable for replacement of loss or damaged Generic or Brand card and RM35.00 for Ambank-SmartLink PrePaid mastercard.

Issuance of new card can only be effected at the nearest SmartLink Customer Service Center .

Points collected monthly are not accumulated. The points shall be converted intocash rebate in accordance to SmartLink cash conversion formula monthly, Personal Cash Rebate – 30% and Compensation Plan – 25%.


Redemption of Cash Rebates shall only be reimbursed by SmartLink upon LCAMembership is terminated.

Members must collect 2,000 S-points monthly to qualify for the Member Referral Program – 25% Compensation Plan Cash Rebates.

Cash redemption payment shall be automated through direct credit into LCAMember’s choice of payment mode through inter-bank transfer. An amount of RM3.00 is deducted from the sum transferred by the bank as administrative charges for the service provided.



· SmartLink International Sdn Bhd and Uptrend Network Sdn Bhd will not accept any liability from the misuse of SmartLink card.
